As RocketEd’s Client Services Manager, Jenny’s aim is to ensure that your journey with RocketEd is smooth and supported.
At the start of your journey with us, Jenny will speak to you to find out more information about the nature of your concern and determine which RocketEd service may be most appropriate to meet your child’s needs. Jenny will be your main point of contact throughout your time with us, making sure that things run well and answering any questions you may have as they arise.
Jenny has extensive experience in client services, both in the private and public sectors. As a parent to a child with special educational needs, she brings empathy, personal experience and understanding of the processes and systems parents of children and young people with SEND face to her work with RocketEd. Working alongside parents, schools and other professionals, Jenny's goal is to ensure that everyone gets the best possible experience with RocketEd.
We understand that parents have their own needs and might require some help and support during the assessment process. This might be to explain what will happen, for example, or help to complete any necessary paperwork. Jenny can provide additional support for parents - please let us know if this is something which may be helpful for you.
